M12 Motorway valued approx. $2 Billion will connect the future Western Sydney International Airport with the M7 Motorway at Cecil Hills and The Northern Road at Luddenham.

ECA provided project management and interface management services for the project in concept and detailed design stages.

Cape York Region Package

Cape York Region Package was a 5-year (2014-15 to 2018-19) $276 million program of works jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland Governments to upgrade critical infrastructure on Cape York Peninsula.

ECA provided project management, contract administration and civil inspection & surveillance services for the program.

Transport Network Reconstruction Program

Transport Network Reconstruction Program for TMR Far North Region comprised over 300 separate damaged transport infrastructure sites which required reconstruction. The value of work exceeded $600 million.

ECA provided project management, inspection and verification, and contract administration services for the program over 3 years.

Bruce Highway Upgrades and Bill Fulton Bridge Duplication

ECA provided project management and contract administrator services for TMR Far North Region's Bruce Highway upgrade program and Bill Fulton Bridge duplication project.
